Dear Eurosmart members, I would like to kindly remind you that our next General Assembly meeting will take place in Brussels (with hybrid participation available) on Thursday, 15 May 2025. Mandatory registration To help us with the organisation, please complete the registration form by Friday, 2 May 2025.Depending on the number of participants, a dinner may be organised on the evening prior to the meeting. These updates include minor modifications required by law and adjustments related to the renewal of the rotating board seats. Regarding the board composition, General Assembly members will have the opportunity to select one of the three options outlined on page 11 of the document. Please note that adopting these modifications requires a 2/3 quorum of voting members.
