I would like to kindly remind you that our next General Assembly meeting will take place in Brussels (with hybrid participation available) on Thursday, 15 May 2025.

Mandatory registration

To help us with the organisation, please complete the registration form by Friday, 2 May 2025.Depending on the number of participants, a dinner may be organised on the evening prior to the meeting.

If you are unable to attend and you are the main representative of your company/organisation (with voting rights), please find attached a proxy form for your use.

Alteration to the Statutes

Among other agenda items, you will be invited to adopt the updated version of Eurosmart’s statutes (attached). Please note that this vote requires a specific quorum, making your participation especially important.

Board Members’Elections

Additionally, we will proceed with the renewal of rotating seats on the board. If you are interested in becoming a candidate, do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
